I’ve ordered from Motel Rocks a handful of times now, i’ve never had any of those sketchy or confusing experiences that sometimes happen with online clothing sites. The website has always felt legitimate to me, the confirmation emails usually come through quickly, and every time I’ve needed to check where my order was, the tracking actually worked and updated properly, which I really appreciate.

The only slightly annoying thing was one return I did that took a bit longer than I was hoping, so I did have to be a little patient with that. But to be fair, it did get sorted in the end, and nothing ever made me feel like I was being ignored or messed around. Overall, I trust them enough to order again, and I probably will when I see something I like...

Everything inside was totally fine though. The clothes were clean, folded neatly enough, and nothing was damaged, so I can’t really complain. I do think a slightly stronger outer package would make it feel better, but overall I’m happy with the order

I’ve ordered from Motel Rocks a few times now, and it’s nice to see they seem to be taking sustainability a bit more seriously. The packaging wasn’t excessive, which I appreciated, and the clothes actually feel like they’re made to last... not just something you wear once and forget about. I also like that they include info about better fabrics on the site. They’re not perfect, of course, but it does feel like they’re genuinely trying, and that goes a long way for me.
